MEET THE TEAM

It’s so nice to meet you! We’re Jasper and Nat, a husband and wife team located in Sydney NSW. Heartfire Boudoir had humble beginnings, starting out as the two of us taking photos of each other that we could look back on in 30 years time (and feel chuffed about how young and sexy we were back in the day :P). However, it quickly became a way to celebrate and embrace ourselves, our relationship, and to feel more confident than we both could have thought possible. 

Boudoir photography and intimate portraiture is empowering - not only for the person in front of the camera, but also the person behind it. Taking photos affords us the opportunity to be a part of another person’s journey towards realising that they are an absolute showstopper. It’s a process that has the ability to alter the way you think about yourself, and to learn that for all of your imperfections and insecurities, you’re uniquely beautiful and perfect exactly as you are. We want you to know how strong, capable, and fearless you can actually be, and to be there with you every step of the way. 

 A few other tidbits about us, because we know that finding the right fit is such an important thing! We were the crazy couple that got engaged after six months of knowing each other. We love bushwalking, having Neftlix marathons with ample snacks, and spending time with cats (despite both being highly allergic!). We often disagree on the small things (to the point where it’s become a bit of a running joke), but we’re equally crazy about each other. 

Jasper Kyle

Jasper has been working as a professional photographer in the industry for over 10 years, initially starting out with portraiture, theatre productions and weddings. He has worked for numerous photography studios in Sydney. He is the principal photographer for Heartfire Boudoir.

Nat Simone

Nat has long been passionate about empowering people, and particularly, those identifying as women. With a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, and having specialised within the areas of domestic violence and sexual assault previously, she hopes to continue supporting individuals by providing a safe space to explore their own sensuality, confidence and power. She has experience modelling in front of the camera and knows how to help you look your best. She manages the photo editing/retouching, and sometimes steps behind the camera also.
